Cancellation
How to cancel
You can cancel your membership anytime from your member portal. Cancellation is handled in-app so we can answer a few optional questions; it is never required that you complete them.
What happens when you cancel
Your membership will not renew. You continue receiving new weekly guides through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, new guides stop.
Your library stays open
Every meal guide already granted to you remains available in your portal permanently. Cancelling does not remove your archive.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded. Cancelling stops renewal and your access to new guides continues through the paid period.
